Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Minerals and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Minerals;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/ND-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Mineral Reserve Evaluation Council and the Head of the Legal Department.

Article 1. The provisions on exploration and grading of reserves and resources of tin, gold, and titan sand mines are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
