THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Based on the Press Law dated December 28, 1989, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Press Law dated June 12, 1999;
Based on Decree No. 51/2002/NĐ-CP dated April 26, 2002, of the Government detailing the implementation of the Press Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Press Law;
Based on Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Based on Decision No. 77/2007/QĐ-TTg dated May 28, 2007, of the Prime Minister regarding the issuance of the Press Release and Information Provision Regulation;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Director of the Legal Department, and the Head of the Ministry's Office - Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision attaches the Press Release and Information Provision Regulation for the Ministry of Health.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Permanent Deputy Minister, Heads of Departments, Bureaus, General Departments, Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health, subordinate units of the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial Health Services under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
