Issuing the List of High-Yield Livestock Breeds

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Breeding Animals Ordinance No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004, issued by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Term 11;
Pursuant to Decree No. 210/2013/ND-CP dated December 19, 2013 of the Government on policies encouraging businesses to invest in agriculture and rural areas;
At the proposal of The Director of the Livestock Production Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the List of High-Yield Livestock Breeds.
Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of High-Yield Livestock Breeds supported under Decree No. 210/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 19, 2013, of the Government on policies encouraging enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas, with an attached annex.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 11, 2014.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
