Issuing the List of High-Yielding Livestock Breeds

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Ordinance on Livestock Breeds No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Term 11;
Pursuant to Decree No. 210/2013/ND-CP dated December 19, 2013 of the Government on policies encouraging businesses to invest in agriculture and rural areas;
At the proposal of the Director of the Livestock Production Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the List of High-Yielding Livestock Breeds.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of High-Yielding Livestock Breeds supported under Decree No. 210/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 19, 2013 of the Government on policies encouraging enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas with attached Appendices.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 11, 2014.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, and the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
