Issuing National Technical Regulations on Construction Safety

Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/NĐ-CP dated June 25, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular to issue the National Technical Regulation "Construction Safety", code number QCVN 18: 2014/BXD.
Article 1. Accompanying this Circular is the National Technical Regulation "Construction Safety", code number QCVN 18: 2014/BXD.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 1, 2014.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
