CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING MAPS OF BINH DUONG PROVINCE

Pursuant to DecreeNo. DECREE NO. 45/2015/NĐ-CP OF MAY 6, 2015 BY THE GOVERNMENT ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING ACTIVITIES;

/NĐ-CP of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;1DECREE NO./2013/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 4, 2013 BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT;

AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM SURVEYING AND MAPPING AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THE LIST OF POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING MAPS OF BINH DUONG PROVINCE.

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING MAPS OF BINH DUONG PROVINCE.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2016.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
