REGULATIONS ON CRITERIA FOR COMMUNE AND TOWN CULTURAL AND SPORTS CENTERS
Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Provincial public libraries have professional and vocational units to implement activities according to the following groups of tasks:

Article 1. Scope of Regulation
Article 1. This Circular stipulates the criteria for Commune and Town Cultural and Sports Centers.
2. The organization and operation of Commune and Town Cultural and Sports Centers shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 12/2010/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 22, 2010 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the model of organization, operation, and criteria for Commune Cultural and Sports Centers.
