Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization of June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Regulatory Documents of June 22, 2015;

At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision:Government issues a Decision regarding On abolishing the Prime Minister's Decision No. 09/2013/QD-TTg dated January 24, 2013 regarding regulations on legal access standards for citizens at grassroots levels.

Article 1. Abolish the Prime Minister's Decision No. 09/2013/QD-TTg dated January 24, 2013 regarding regulations on legal access standards for citizens at grassroots levels.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees, and Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
