ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SAFETY SHOES AND BOOTS
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SAFETY SHOES AND BOOTS
Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 39/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Safety and Health Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate;
THE MINISTER OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE ISSUE OF NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SAFETY SHOES AND BOOTS. FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SAFETY SHOES AND BOOTS.
1. Organizations and individuals producing, importing, distributing, installing, using, repairing, maintaining, and servicing elevators shall be responsible for complying with the regulations set forth in the standard issued together with this Circular.
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SAFETY SHOES AND BOOTS. DESIGNATION: QCVN 36:2019/BLDTBXH.
Article 2. Implementation
1. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, IMPORT, SUPPLY, AND USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SAFETY SHOES AND BOOTS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS SET OUT IN THE ATTACHED REGULATIONS.
2. ORGANIZATIONS CONDUCTING TESTING AND CERTIFICATION FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - SAFETY SHOES AND BOOTS MUST ADHERE TO THE PROVISIONS SET OUT IN THE ATTACHED REGULATIONS.
3. The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM APRIL 1, 2020.
2. ANY DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED DURING IMPLEMENTATION SHOULD BE PROMPTLY REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS FOR STUDY AND RESOLUTION./.
