Circular No. 14/2019/TT-BTTTT promulgates the National Technical Regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Radio Communication and Marine Navigation Equipment.

ISSUING THE "NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY FOR WIRELESS INFORMATION DEVICES AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT FOR SHIPPING"

Căn cứ Nghị định số27/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Regulations and Standards; Căn cứ Nghị định số8/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 27/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Regulations and Standards; Căn cứ Nghị định số 11 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular to establish National Technical Regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Wireless Information Devices and Navigation Equipment for Shipping. Article 1.This Circular annexes the National Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Wireless Information Devices and Navigation Equipment for Shipping (QCVN 119:2019/BTTTT). 127/2007/Article 2.This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2020.Article 3.The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments and Units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.DISTRIBUTION:- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government-affiliated agencies; - People's Committees and Departments of Information and Communications of provinces and centrally-administered cities;

According to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,

The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular stipulating National Technical Regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Radio Communication Equipment and Marine Navigation Aids.Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Radio Communication Equipment and Marine Navigation Aids (QCVN 119:2019/BTTTT).Article 2.This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2020.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Department Heads of Science and Technology, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
