Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;
Based on Decree No. 62/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to issue the Minimum Training Equipment List for intermediate level and college level in 19 fields and trades.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Education, vocational education institutions at intermediate and college levels registered to operate in the fields and trades specified in Article 1 of this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
