REGARDING THE TERMINATION OF THE DUAL ROLE AS DIRECTOR OF THE INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING MISSIONS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION BY MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/CP dated December 10, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Department of Investment Development under the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1277 TC/TCCB dated December 15, 1994 of the Minister of Finance regarding the temporary assignment of tasks for the Director of the Finance and Price Department of Tuyen Quang Province to concurrently serve as Director of the Tuyen Quang Investment Development Department;

Pursuant to the opinion of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province expressed in Circular No. 329/CV-VP dated December 24, 1994 concerning the proposal to appoint leadership cadres for the Tuyen Quang Investment Development Department;

Considering the work requirements;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Head of the Cadres and Personnel Organization Department, and Training Department,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1Now, Comrade Le Con, Director of the Finance and Price Department, shall cease to concurrently serve as Director of the Tuyen Quang Investment Development Department.

Article 2This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Director of the Finance and Price Department, the Director of the Tuyen Quang Investment Development Department, the Head of the Financial Affairs and Management Department, the Head of the Organization and Training Department, the Chief of the Party Committee Office, and Comrade Le Con are responsible for implementing this Decision.
