DECREE
Regarding the approval of the number of electoral units, the list of electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council of Bac Giang Province for the term 1999-2004
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
Approve the number of seventy-five (75) members of the Provincial People's Council, twenty-seven (27) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council of Bac Giang Province (attached list).
THE GOVERNMENT
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
DECREE:
Article 1.- Approve the number of seventy-five (75) provincial People's Council deputies, twenty-seven (27) electoral units, and the number of deputies to be elected from each electoral unit for the People's Council of Bac Giang Province (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government, and the Minister, Chief of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
