Regarding the establishment of the Department of Fisheries of Thai Binh Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province, the Minister of Fisheries and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization and Cadre Board of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Department of Fisheries of Thai Binh Province under the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province shall define the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Fisheries of Thai Binh Province.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province, the Minister of Fisheries, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization and Cadre Board of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
