DECISION
Regarding the assignment of tasks for training Doctoral level
to the National Academy of Public Administration
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 881/SĐH dated October 3, 2002, and the Minister of Science and Technology in Document No. 256/BKHCN-TCCBKH dated September 26, 2002,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of training Doctoral level to the National Academy of Public Administration under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and stipulate the specialized fields for training Doctoral level for the National Academy of Public Administration.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
