Regarding the establishment of Phu Xuan Private University
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the planning of the network of universities and colleges for the period 2001-2010;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 2526/TCCB dated March 28, 2003 regarding the establishment of Phu Xuan Private University,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish Phu Xuan Private University.
Article 2. Phu Xuan Private University is a higher education institution operating under the Private University Regulation issued together with Decision No. 86/2000/QĐ-TTg dated July 18, 2000 of the Prime Minister. The university's headquarters is located in Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
