Issuing the Regulation on Awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Education Cause"

"For the cause of the Vietnamese Banking Industry"

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated December 12, 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 17, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards dated October 26, 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the State Bank of Vietnam,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Cause of the Vietnamese Banking Industry" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, superseding Decision No. 208/2003/QĐ-NHNN dated March 10, 2003 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the Regulation on awarding the Medal "For the Cause of the Vietnamese Banking Industry."

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of units under the banking sector are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
