MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulatory Nature issued on November 12, 1996, amended and supplemented on December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the General Chief of Staff,
DECISION:
Article 1: Establish the Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center under the 10th Vocational Secondary School - Ministry of National Defense.
- Main office located in Thach Hoa Commune, Thach That District, Ha Tay Province.
- The Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center is a revenue-generating public service unit with legal personality, authorized to use its seal and maintain a separate account.
Article 2: The Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center shall be responsible for conducting tests to issue driving licenses for categories A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, and C.
Article 3: The organization and staffing of the Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center under the 10th Vocational Secondary School - Ministry of National Defense shall be regulated by the General Staff Headquarters.
Article 4: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The General Chief of Staff, Heads of the General Departments, Commander of the Hanoi Capital Military Region, Principal of the 10th Vocational Secondary School - Ministry of National Defense, and Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
