Regarding the issuance of the Operating Regulations for the Moc Bai Border Economic Zone, Tay Ninh Province

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province.
DECISION:

Article 1. The Operating Regulations for the Moc Bai Border Economic Zone of Tay Ninh Province are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
