GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 and the Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 10/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Organizations No. 20/2004/QH11 dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to the Accounting Law No. 03/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 166/1999/NĐ-CP dated November 19, 1999 on financial regulations for credit organizations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 49/2000/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2000 on the organization and operation of commercial banks;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banks and Non-Bank Credit Institutions;
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Regulations on the Public Disclosure of Financial Reports for Joint Stock Commercial Banks".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Banks and Non-Bank Credit Institutions, the Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam, the Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam Branches in provinces and cities where joint stock commercial banks have their headquarters, the Chairmen of the Boards of Directors and General Managers (Directors) of joint stock commercial banks shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
