DECISION

Regarding the cancellation of bank codes in the banking system and state treasury organizations

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

- Pursuant to Law on the State Bank No. 01/1997/QD10 dated December 12, 1997 and Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government regarding tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

- Based on the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department,

DECISION

Article 1. Cancel the sequential number code of Commercial Joint Stock Bank of Rural Quang Ninh - 316 at point c, clause 3, Article 5 “Regulations on the system of bank codes, organizations and state treasuries having accounts with the State Bank for direct payment transactions” issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 by the Governor of the State Bank.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of the Accounting and Finance Department, Heads of the Banking Technology Information Bureau, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors (Directors) of provincial branches of the State Bank directly under the central government; General Managers (Managers), credit organizations and state treasuries are responsible for implementing this Decision.
