APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. - Approve the number of 46 (forty-six) representatives of the Provincial People's Council, 16 (sixteen) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected from each constituency of the Provincial People's Council of Khanh Hoa Province (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
