Pursuant to Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated August 16, 2004 of the Politburo;
Pursuant to Decision No. 148/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 13, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the main directions for developing the economy and society in the central key economic region until 2010 and vision until 2020;

Article 1. Establish the Nhơn Hội Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province.
Article 2. Issue the Operating Regulations for the Nhơn Hội Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province, attached hereto.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, and Director of the Management Board of the Nhơn Hội Economic Zone shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
