PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated November 26, 2003;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulation on the Management of Office Premises and Working Houses for Public Service Units" attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with this Regulation are hereby abolished.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
