CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the decree of November 15, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Economy,
Pursuant to the decree of September 9, 1947 organizing the Ministry of Economy (for provincial areas),
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 104-SL dated January 1, 1948 establishing the basic principles of the state enterprise system,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 140-SL dated February 29, 1948 establishing the Supply and Transportation Bureau within the Ministry of Economy,
At the request of the Minister of Economy,
After consultation between the Council of Ministers and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Nguyen Van Cai as Director of the Supply and Transportation Bureau within the Ministry of Economy.
Article 2
The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
