DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Regarding the issuance of templates for inspection-related documents,
administrative penalties in the field of state management
on science, technology, and the environment.
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Complaints and Accusations dated December 11, 1998;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Audit dated April 1, 1990;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Administrative Violation Handling dated July 6, 1995;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1992 on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment;
To unify the use of templates for inspection-related documents and administrative penalty decisions in the field of state management on science, technology, and the environment;
At the proposal of the Heads of the State Inspectorate and the Office of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates 30 templates for inspection-related documents and administrative penalty decisions in the fields of science, technology, and the environment.
Article 2. Inspection agencies at all levels with the function of inspecting science, technology, and the environment shall be responsible for uniformly applying these templates in their inspection activities.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signature and replaces the following Decisions:
- Decision No. 1118/QD dated May 28, 1996 issued by the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment on templates for inspection and administrative penalty decisions regarding environmental protection.
- Decision No. 118/1998/QD-BKHCNMT dated February 10, 1998 supplementing Decision No. 1118/QD dated May 28, 1996 issued by the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment on templates for inspection and administrative penalty decisions regarding environmental protection.
- Decision No. 226/1998/QD-BKHCNMT dated March 9, 1998 issued by the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment on templates for inspection and administrative penalty decisions regarding measurement and product quality.
Article 4. The Heads of the State Inspectorate, the Office of the Ministry, and relevant agencies and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
