Regarding the issuance of the implementation plan for Directive No. 21/2008/CT-TTg dated July 1, 2008 of the Prime Minister on further strengthening and enhancing the effectiveness of civil enforcement work
THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2003/ND-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to Directive No. 21/2008/CT-TTg dated July 1, 2008 of the Prime Minister on further strengthening and enhancing the effectiveness of civil enforcement work;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Enforcement Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. To issue the Implementation Plan for Directive No. 21/2008/CT-TTg dated July 1, 2008 of the Prime Minister on further strengthening and enhancing the effectiveness of civil enforcement work.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Civil Enforcement Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Planning and Finance Department, the Inspectorate, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Justice, the Heads of Civil Enforcement Offices at provincial level cities directly under the Central Government, and the heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
