Regarding the release of national reserve rice to support the province of Quang Nam in addressing the aftermath of rain and floods

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Control (document number 277/PCLBTW dated October 17, 2007),
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Finance shall allocate (without charge) 500 tons of rice from the national reserve to support the province of Quang Nam in implementing famine relief for households affected by rain and floods.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province is responsible for managing and distributing the allocated rice to the correct recipients and for the intended purpose.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers of Finance, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Control, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
