Regarding the approval of the number of electoral units, the list of electoral units
and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council
of Binh Dinh Province for the 1999-2004 term
GOVERNMENT
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE
Article 1.- Approves the number of 57 (fifty-seven) members of the Provincial People's Council, 25 (twenty-five) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council of Binh Dinh Province (attached list).
Article 2.- The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
