Article 1. Approves the Supplementary Agreement on scientific and technological cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia Venezuela signed in Caracas on May 31, 2007.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify relevant agencies in our country of the date when the above-mentioned Agreement comes into effect.
Article 3. The Ministry of Science and Technology shall take the lead and coordinate with related agencies to implement the Agreement./.
