DECREE
NO.: 142 DATE: MARCH 2, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated June 3, 1946 on the organization of Ministries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75 dated May 29, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Do Van Thao to hold the position of Director of Affairs at the Ministry of Finance, replacing Mr. Le Trong Hien.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree accordingly.
