PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 71/BGDDT-DH&SĐH dated January 4, 2008 on the assignment of the task of training master's degree candidates for the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training master's degree candidates to the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall specify the specific majors for training for the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and the Director of the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
