Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government on the transfer of wholly state-owned enterprises to joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 100/2007/QD-BTC dated December 6, 2007 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Regulation on the selection and supervision of appraisal consulting organizations;
Based on the applications of organizations submitting registration files for enterprise valuation activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Announce the list of appraisal consulting organizations that continue to provide enterprise valuation services after being suspended pursuant to Decision No. 670/QD-BTC dated March 30, 2010 of the Minister of Finance.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of Corporate Finance, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Head of the Financial Department of Banks and Financial Institutions, the Directors of wholly state-owned enterprises converted to joint-stock companies, the Directors of appraisal consulting organizations, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
