REGARDING THE ISSUE OF REGULATING PERIODIC LABOR STATISTICAL REPORTS APPLICABLE TO STATE ENTERPRISE GROUPS ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 90/TTG DATED MARCH 7, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
BASED ON THE STATE ENTERPRISE LAW DATED APRIL 30, 1995;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 96/CP DATED DECEMBER 7, 1993 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS;
Based on the Labor Code dated June 23, 1994;
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT IN DOCUMENT NO. 427/PPCĐ-TCTK DATED AUGUST 7, 1999 OF THE GENERAL STATISTICS COUNCIL;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION AND STATISTICAL CENTER FOR LABOR AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS.
ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE REGIME OF PERIODIC STATISTICAL REPORTS ON LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT APPLICABLE TO THE MEMBER UNITS OF STATE ENTERPRISE GROUPS AND STATE ENTERPRISE GROUPS ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO DECISIONS NO. 90/TTg AND 91/TTg DATED MARCH 7, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER.
THE DIRECTORS OF THE MEMBER UNITS AND THE CHIEF EXECUTIVES OF THE STATE ENTERPRISE GROUPS MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING COMPLETE AND TIMELY INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE FORM ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION.
DECIDES:
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION AND STATISTICAL CENTER FOR LABOR AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, AND THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS WITH RELATED MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING, INSPECTING, AND MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THE MINISTER OF LABOR,
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Labor and Social Statistics Information Center, and the Heads of the relevant Departments under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs are responsible for guiding, inspecting, and monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
