DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Issuing Regulations on Laotian Showrooms and Retail Stores in Vietnam
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific, and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic dated August 13, 2002;
Implementing the Prime Minister's Directive regarding the establishment of Laotian showrooms and retail stores in Vietnam as set forth in Document No. 3492/VPCP-KTTH dated June 27, 2002 of the Government Office;
To further strengthen trade relations between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Lao People's Democratic Republic through the introduction and sale of Laotian goods in Vietnam,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on Laotian Showrooms and Retail Stores in Vietnam are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
