DECISION
Regarding the release of national reserve rice to support Lai Chau Province

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 701/QD-TTg dated June 2, 2009 of the Prime Minister on the release of national reserve rice to support Lai Chau Province;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Reserve Agency,

Article 1. The National Reserve Agency shall release without charge 1,000 tons of rice from the national reserve for Lai Chau Province to assist counties within the province facing difficulties during the rainy season and flood period.
Article 2. The National Reserve Agency shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at the district centers according to the provincial allocation plan.
The National Reserve Agency shall record the reduction of the national reserve capital for the aforementioned quantity of rice at the accounting price currently being tracked in the accounting books and report the final settlement of relief supplies in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director of the National Reserve Agency, the Head of the State Budget Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Price Management Department, and the Director of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
