Regarding the issuance of toll rates for the use of National Highway 5 at Quan Toan Toll Station in Hai Phong City from Kilometer 62 to Kilometer 103

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and Agencies at the Ministerial Level;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 4083/BGTVT-TCKT dated November 8, 1999).
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Attached to this Decision is the Schedule of toll rates for the use of National Highway 5 at Quan Toan Toll Station in Hai Phong City from Kilometer 62 to Kilometer 103 (the newly constructed section).
The toll rates prescribed herein shall apply to the entities responsible for collection and payment as stipulated in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of road and bridge tolls managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2. - The toll collection agency for National Highway 5 at Quan Toan Toll Station shall implement the collection, payment, and management of toll revenues in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget.
Article 3. - This Decision replaces Decision No. 54/1999/QD-BTC dated May 19, 1999 of the Minister of Finance and shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 5. - Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize toll collection at Quan Toan Toll Station in Hai Phong City, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
