DECISION
Regarding the dissolution of three inter-sectoral organizations

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Dissolve the following three inter-sectoral organizations established by the Government:
1. The Working Group for the Study of the Comprehensive Gas Project Plan, established pursuant to Decision No. 107/TTg dated March 23, 1994;
2. The National Steering Committee for the International Year of the Family in Vietnam, established pursuant to Decision No. 198/TTg dated April 28, 1994;
3. The Mobilization Committee for the Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 1997), established pursuant to Decision No. 57/TTg dated January 28, 1997.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city authorities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
