OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN
THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 220 - SL dated November 16, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of Economy;
At the request of the Minister of Economy;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW
Article 1
The Commercial Department and the Mining and Industry Department mentioned in Article 2 of Decree-Law No. 220 - SL dated November 16, 1946 shall now be renamed as follows:
- Commercial Department
- Industry Department.
Article 2
The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
