Decision No. 143/TTG On renaming some Departments under the Ministry of Trade

DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Regarding the renaming of certain Departments under the Ministry of Trade 

PRIME MINISTER

CWHEREAS the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 12, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated February 4, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

At the proposal of the Minister of Trade and the Heads of the Civil Service Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6The following Departments shall be renamed:

Department of Urban and Rural Market Policy to Department of Domestic Trade Policy

Department of Mountainous Area Market Policy to Department of Mountainous Area Trade Development.

The Minister of Trade shall specify the specific tasks and powers of the aforementioned two Departments.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

The Minister of Trade, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
