APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. - Approves the number of forty-five (45) provincial People's Council representatives, eighteen (18) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected at each electoral unit for the People's Council of Quang Tri Province (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department under the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree.
