THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;
After reaching consensus with the Ministry of Health (document number 5113/YT-DP dated July 18, 2000).
DECISION:
Article 1:
Attached to this Decision is the Amended Fee Collection Schedule supplementation amending certain health prevention fees and charges in the Fee Collection Schedule attached to Decision No. 21/2000/QD-BTC dated February 21, 2000 issued by the Minister of Finance.
Article 2:
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance; Other provisions not amended shall continue to be implemented according to the provisions of Decision No. 21/2000/QD-BTC dated February 21, 2000 issued by the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3:
Health prevention facilities, fee and charge payers for health prevention services, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
