4. AMEND THE COLLECTION RATE FOR "INSPECTION FOR ISSUING A PERMIT TO TRANSFER CREMATED REMAINS" TO 5 USD PER INSPECTION (PREVIOUSLY 0.5 USD).

5. AMEND THE COLLECTION RATE FOR QUARANTINE OF MEANS OF ENTRY AND EXIT:

AMEND THE COLLECTION RATE FOR SHIPS TO TWO LEVELS (PREVIOUSLY DIVIDED INTO THREE LEVELS).

REDUCE THE COLLECTION RATE FOR TRAINS TO BE APPROPRIATE (THE VIETNAM RAILWAY ASSOCIATION ALSO RECOMMENDED).

INSPECTION AND ISSUE OF HEALTH QUARANTINE CERTIFICATE: 30,000 VND PER CARGO CAR

DISINFECTATION: 60,000 VND PER CARGO CAR

THE PREVIOUS COLLECTION RATE WAS ONE LEVEL "INSPECTION AND ISSUE OF HEALTH QUARANTINE CERTIFICATE": 200,000 VND PER CARGO CAR.

6. REDUCE THE COLLECTION RATE FOR QUARANTINE OF GOODS ON VEHICLES TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC RELATIONS BETWEEN DOMESTIC ECONOMIC SECTORS IN VIETNAM AND CHINA, LAOS, AND CAMBODIA.

7. ADD THE COLLECTION FEE FOR "YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION" TO THE SECTION "VACCINATION".
