DECISION
Regarding the amendment of Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 121/2003/QĐ-BCN dated July 11, 2003, issued by the Minister of Industry on transferring the Mechanical and Electrical Works Enterprise under Company 3 to Company 3.4 Joint Stock Corporation.
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 19, 2002 of the Government on the conversion of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Considering the request of Company 3 Construction and Installation at Document No. 03577/DV/XLĐ3-TH, August 27, 2003;
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board of the Ministry of Industry and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 121/2003/QĐ-BCN dated July 11, 2003, issued by the Minister of Industry on transferring the Mechanical and Electrical Works Enterprise to Company 3.4 Joint Stock Corporation as follows:
1. Registered Capital Structure.
The registered capital of the Corporation is five billion one hundred fifty million Vietnamese dong (5,150,000,000 dong). Of which:
- State share: 58.50%;
- Share sold to employees of the Enterprise: 41.50%;
Value of one share: 100,000 VND.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, General Director of Company 3 Construction and Installation, Director of the Mechanical and Electrical Works Enterprise, and Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Company 3.4 Joint Stock Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
