Regarding the issuance of the toll rates for the National Highway 1A bypass route through Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of State management by Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated January 7, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance On January 7, 2003;
Pursuant to Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC dated December 6, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the collection, payment, and management of the use of road usage fees;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision sets forth the toll rates for the National Highway 1A bypass route through Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province. The application of tolls for the National Highway 1A bypass route through Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province shall be implemented in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. The toll collection agency for the National Highway 1A bypass route through Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province shall collect, remit, and manage the collected tolls in accordance with the provisions applicable to national highways funded by loans and toll revenue repayment.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of tolls, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for the National Highway 1A bypass route through Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
