PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 5569/SĐH dated July 3, 2003,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigns the task of training master's and doctoral degrees to the University of Dentistry and Oral Medicine; the Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific majors for training.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Rector of the University of Dentistry and Oral Medicine are responsible for implementing this Decision.
