- Regarding the appointment of 25 Members of the State Academic Council

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/CP dated March 4, 1995 on the establishment of the State Academic Council;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the State Academic Council,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint 25 comrades (with attached list) as members of the State Academic Council.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Chairman of the State Academic Council, the Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, the Ministers of relevant Ministries, and the Heads of relevant agencies under the Government, and the members of the Council named in the list, are responsible for implementing this Decision.
