DECISION
Issuing Rules on Leasing Foreign Machinery and Equipment

THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Trade Law dated May 10, 1997;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce.

Article 1. - The Rules on Leasing Foreign Machinery and Equipment are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. - THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. - Organizations and individuals leasing foreign machinery and equipment and relevant state management agencies shall be responsible for implementing these Rules./.
