Decision No. 145/2003/QĐ-BCN Amending Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 119/2003/QĐ-BCN dated July 11, 2003 of the Minister of Industry regarding the transfer of Ha Van Electrical Construction Enterprise under Electrical Construction Company 3 to Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company 3.6.

DECISION

Regarding the amendment of Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 119/2003/QĐ-BCN dated July 11, 2003, issued by the Minister of Industry on transferring Ha Van Electrical Construction Enterprise under Electrical Construction Company 3 to become Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company 3.6

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 19, 2002 of the Government on the conversion of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;

Considering the proposal of Electrical Construction Company 3 at Circular No. 03576 CV/XLĐ3-TH, August 27, 2003;

At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board of the Ministry of Industry and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

Article 1. Amend Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 119/2003/QĐ-BCN dated July 11, 2003, issued by the Minister of Industry on transferring Ha Van Electrical Construction Enterprise to become Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company 3.6 as follows:

1. Registered capital structure.

The registered capital of the Joint Stock Company is five billion five hundred million Vietnamese dong (VND 5,500,000,000). Among which:

- State share: 56.79%;

- Share sold to employees of the Enterprise: 43.21%;

- Value of one share: 100,000 VND.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, General Director of Electrical Construction Company 3, Director of Ha Van Electrical Construction Enterprise, and Chairman of the Board of Management, Director of Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company 3.6 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
