PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 72/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 5, 2001 of the Government on the classification of cities and urban management levels;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction, the Minister of Interior, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City,
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize Da Nang City as a Class I city
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Minister of Construction, the Minister of Interior, the Ministers, heads of relevant agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
